PRICES AND DELIVERY
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW/RIGHT OF RETURN
There is a full right of return on goods for 14 days from the time of receipt. If a customer wants to return an item, it is a good idea to contact Wieben Design before the 14 days have passed either by phone or email (info@WiebenDesign.dk). Wieben Design issues a return number which the customer can affix to the item. In order to return the item, it must be in original and unopened packaging. If this is not the case, Wieben Design reserves the right to refuse the return. If the goods are in order, the amount of the good is transferred electronically to the customer. When returning cases, customers are asked to state the registration number and account to which the amount is to be transferred.
Any order is received subject to force majeure, including war, civil unrest, natural disasters, strikes and lockouts, failing supplies of raw materials, fire, damage to Wieben Design or our suppliers´ production equipment, failing transportation, import and export conditions and any other event preventing/limits us in delivering the product or in providing the service in question. Any deviation from the general conditions can only take place with a written permission of Wieben Design.
