PAYMENT
At Wieben Design you can pay with credit/debit card. You can also select brank transfer. When you pay with credit/debit card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment summary. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused when purchasing from Wieben Design as we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in our payment system. Thus, you are better secured than in psysical world, where you have a deductible of 1200 DKK. when your credit/debit card is misused using the PIN code.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW/RIGHT OF RETURN
There is a full right of return on goods for 14 days from the time of receipt. If a customer wants to return an item, it is a good idea to contact Wieben Design before the 14 days have passed either by phone or email (info@WiebenDesign.dk). Wieben Design issues a return number which the customer can affix to the item. In order to return the item, it must be in original and unopened packaging. If this is not the case, Wieben Design reserves the right to refuse the return. If the goods are in order, the amount of the good is transferred electronically to the customer. When returning cases, customers are asked to state the registration number and account to which the amount is to be transferred.
FORCE MAJEURE
Any order is received subject to force majeure, including war, civil unrest, natural disasters, strikes and lockouts, failing supplies of raw materials, fire, damage to Wieben Design or our suppliers´ production equipment, failing transportation, import and export conditions and any other event preventing/limits us in delivering the product or in providing the service in question. Any deviation from the general conditions can only take place with a written permission of Wieben Design.
What and why we collect personal data
COMMENTS
When visitors post comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comment form, as well as the visitor´s IP address and the browser´s user agent string to help detect spam. An anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash) can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you use it. The Gravatar Service Privacy Policy is available here: http://automattic.com/privacy/. After approving your comment, your profile picture will be visible to the public along with your comment.
MEDIA
If you are uploading images to the site, you should not upload data (EXIF GPS) included. Site visitors can download images on the site.

This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comment automatically instead of having them in a moderation queue.
